to make things easier for me, so that i don’t slip and eat meat during these 2 weeks, i’ve decided to do a photographic food journal.

so here goes:

DAY ONE:

Lunch - i had soup and boulgor with vegetables, but i didn’t manage to photograph it, boo.

Dinner - i had a heart-shaped pizza with bellpeppers, corn and mushrooms. the reason why it was heart-shaped is because it was my rescheduled valentine’s day dinner, since both my bf and me had exams close after the 14th.

DAY TWO:

Lunch - tofu “à brás” - which means with crisps and onions. tasted really good after swimming 2000 metres!

which means:

a) Challenge completed - booyah

b) One of my 7x2012 resolutions is done!

I planned on going vegetarian for a month (17th February - 18th March), but between the 3rd and the 9th March, I’ll be going on a Twinning Project to Maastricht, and I don’t want to be an aggravation for the people who will receive me… So I’ll be vegetarian only for a fortnight, 17th February - 2nd March.

Boo.
